Description here.
When 46% of U.S. employers cannot find the skilled talent they need, improving the connection between education and employers to become a Region of Choice for all – where anyone from any background would want to live and work – could not be more timely.

The gift of mentorship is rooted in learning from one another. I value reciprocal mentoring relationships that reinforce the value of both parties.
When organizations create space for internal mentorship between executives and the broader workforce, employees gain access to people, information and experiences that foster increased engagement and inclusion, ultimately developing more productive and healthy people.

We continue to be on a journey to build equity and inclusion in everything we do. This is core to our role as an employer of choice, a responsible partner for local communities and a responsible corporate citizen.
